Not your mama’s egg salad sandwich. This lil guy brings a subtle heat and fresh crunch, tucked inside soft, pillowy focaccia. Savory, rich, and just a little indulgent, it’s comfort food with a spicy twist.

Ingredients:
- Chili Crisp Focaccia from here
- 8 Hard Boiled Eggs
- 5 Green Onions (thinly sliced)
- 2/3 Cup Mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp Chili Crisp (more or less depending on your preference)
- 10 Leaves of Butter Lettuce
- Salt and Pepper to Taste
Instructions
- To Make the Egg Salad: Remove the yolks from the hard-boiled eggs and place them in a bowl. Chop the egg whites and set aside. Mash the yolks with mayonnaise, green onion, chili crisp, salt, and pepper until smooth and creamy, then gently fold in the chopped whites.
- To Assemble the Sandwich: Slice the focaccia to your desired size and cut it horizontally. Spread a generous layer of egg salad on the bottom half, top with butter lettuce, close the sandwich, and enjoy.
