How do I use Leaven’s Instant Sourdough?
Simply add our instant sourdough culture directly to your flour and water. Calculate the amount of our instant sourdough to use in place of the amount of sourdough starter or baker’s yeast using the calculator above. Then, follow your recipe as you would normally. How should I store Leaven Instant Sourdough?
Reseal the bag tightly after each use and keep the desiccant pack inside. Store in a cool, dry place, ideally in the refrigerator or freezer. To preserve shelf life, allow the bag to come to room temperature before opening it after cold storage.
