How do I use Leaven’s Instant Sourdough?
Our products are not a 1:1 substitute for instant yeast, so using our carefully tested recipes is the easiest and best way for most people to bake.

How should I store Leaven Instant Sourdough?
Reseal the bag tightly after each use and keep the desiccant pack inside. Store in a cool, dry place, ideally in the refrigerator. To preserve shelf life, allow the bag to come to room temperature before opening it after cold storage. Avoid moisture above all.
Are your products non-GMO?
Yes! Our microbes are carefully cultivated to replicate the natural wild yeast and bacteria found in sourdough, ensuring a truly authentic experience.
